Deposit
50% due to confirm booking. Remaining balance due day of event or upon delivery of first assets.
Turnaround
Tier 01: 48 hrs · Tier 02: 5 business days · Tier 03: 7–10 business days · Rush add-on available.
Usage Rights
Full commercial usage granted across all platforms upon final payment. DukesdayMedia retains portfolio rights.
Revisions
Tier 02 includes 1 revision round. Tier 03 includes 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions billed at $75/hr.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before event. 50% refund within 48 hours. No refund within 24 hours.
